Customer Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Cleaner Availability
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuity, cleaners are self-employed and availability cannot be guaranteed. If a cleaner becomes unavailable, we will attempt to arrange a suitable replacement or offer an alternative appointment.
Access Issues
If a cleaner is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
Emergencies
We understand that emergencies occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
